Want to change my name and DOB on contact details

To doubly confirm this....a while ago I took out a contract for my son. His credit rating was poor. The contract was in MY name and was MY responsibility. O2 didn't give a damn that he paid the monthly bill.

Six months in he wanted the contract in his name and it wasn't allowed.

So on his behalf, I requested his PAC, he paid me to finish off the contract and went to EE.
