I was wondering if there is anyway to top up your mobile overseas using a non-uk credit card?

I have the same issue. O2 even rejects my Wise card that is connected to my UK address!!

You can use paypal to top up using this site https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/o2

Just a word of warning though. O2 only allow their phones to be used for 63 days per annum when you are abroad and may cut you off if you exceed this 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
