Hi all, recently I have applied for a phone contract on iPhone 12 pro, I payed for my deposit etc which is still pending and I am aware o2 won’t let it go through if I didn’t get accepted due to my credit score. Therefore I am wondering when will I get the updated weather I got accepted or not as early this week I received an email form my app that o2 checked my credit score but I still have no news from o2? It would be nice to know if I got accepted or not as I am aware iphone 12 pro is not in stock atm, it just would be nice to know as I thought I would know in 24 hours and I’ve been waiting for few days now

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

It can take upto 7 working days for them to get back to you, although it is usually much quicker.

Customer Services can't speed the process along, but if you haven't heard back after the 7 day's then you will need to contact Customer Services.
