Waiting for a unlocking number

So I know my contracts finished so I can leave o2

Got another network sim but my phone says its locked with the new sim

Asked for the unlocking number since last week

Gone through multiple ways  and still jo joy

Thought it was meant to be easy

Not sure I understand your message fully, @Gillybean66, but your contract will not end automatically until you tell O2 - you revert to a rolling monthly service - info here: Guide: Cancelling Your Contract (you are at end of contract, so o2 will refund what you have not used if your contract date lapsed before today (as you are billed a month in advance)).

Come back if this makes no sense - and do not cancel your direct debit until O2 have zeroed out any last credit or bill.
