Waiting for a refund

I’m waiting for a refund still got told it was processed but it’s not paid in to my bank still so how many more days have I got to wait for

Anything up to 28 days, @Mike40 - but you can call O2 to see if they can return it quicker for you, if you have the patience - call any of the numbers in here, around 08:15 in the morning in UK is best time: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
