You get a dispatch email when the phone leaves O2, but until you get this it means it's not on it's way to you.
Usually means the phone is out of stock in all honesty.

If you have had the terms and clicked on the links to accept them meaning you have successfully got the contract you won't receive anything else until the phone has been despatched. That could be next day or an unknown time scale if the phone is out of stock despite what the website says.
