Voucher top up not working

Anonymous
Not applicable
I bought a £10 voucher to top up and went to top my phone up not 5 minutes after. When I put it in first time I accidentally hung up the call and it hasn't put the money on my phone. I then called the top up line again and put my voucher number in but it keeps saying that there is a problem? How do I fix this to put the top up on my phone so I have to call o2 themselves or go back to the shop?

Use live chat (it's on the link) but they are all closed now until the morning.

Thanks, they told me to go back to the shop the first time, shop fobbed me off and said ring O2, went back onto chat and told them the shop refused.

Now have the £10 I paid for. Thanks.

I had same issue except voucher never worked first time - O2 chat support said voucher was "cancelled" within about a minute of purchase.  Also fobbed me off to the original merchant, merchant said not their problem, they can't even cancel a voucher.  Back to O2, still refused to do anything.  I finally had to threaten Ombudsman complaint until they bumped me to a supervisor who finally agreed to give me the measly £10 I'd paid for.
