I signed up to Volt on the O2 App yesterday & I am also with Virgin Media for broadband. I have received a speed boost from VM but my monthly data allowance has not changed in the O2 app contrary to expectation. When I try and sign up again it says I am already receiving Volt Benefits or am not eligible. Has anyone who signed up for volt had confirmation in their "My O2" that their volt benefits have been applied?
