Hi .Can anyone tell me do O2 charge for voicemail as nobody available for live chat , Im on a monthly contract .

Well if that is the case then you are right but I know if I encountered any charges for calling it I would quote that page and they would have to refund if they can't advertise correctly that's not the customers fault

I'm on contract and was charged £3 because someone left me a voicemail message. I didnt even retrieve the message!!...

The only way this is possible is if the message was left whilst you were abroad.

If so, that is clearly stated in the contract terms, if not it is an incorrect charge and should be refunded.

£3 seems a strange amount. You would have to be overseas to incur that charge, if not callchu customer service.

I agree Jonsie, sounds like they were abroad and got an incoming call charge.
