Hi .Can anyone tell me do O2 charge for voicemail as nobody available for live chat , Im on a monthly contract .

Calls to voicemail on 901 are free

Thanks for your reply , I'm not sure if its 901 as i didnt know it was on, as usually i leave it off BUT somehow i had a message ???? . Its the new I phone 5 on a contract . how do i find out . Many Thanks

All voicemail is on 901 regardless.....

If you have installed Tugo voicemail is automatically turned on and cannot be disabled at the moment.

are you on an iphone tariff with visual voice mail? if yes then it is free.

Calls to UK voicemail are included in your bundled minutes, then 35p per minute thereafter. Except on the unlimited minute tariffs when UK voicemail is free.

so if you use more than your allowance it is charged
