how do I turn voicemail off tried ringing 1760 that does not work thx

Is it for an iPhone? If so, try 176002, that should work. If it doesn't, give customer services a call on 0800 587 4005 and they will be able to help.

Do you have WiFi calling enabled as that would stop the 1760 code working...

They said ring 1570,did not work,then said 1760 did not work.then said 901,no option to switch off so none the wiser! Shouldn't be this hard surely! Simple when I was with EE. F.Y.I GUYS slight_smile

Do you have wifi calling enabled on your account?
You would need to get o2 to turn it off.
The 1760 number will then work...

Call ##002# to cancel all active call diverts including voicemail.
