Hi there, I received a call from a UK mobile that I did not recognise. When I went to listen to the voicemail, I was asked to change my PIN. I don't usually have a PIN. I was told it was set to default and it needed changing. I'm not sure why I have been asked to do this or if it has somehow been interfered with? Can anyone advise please?

It's a security measure that resets the pin to the default of 8705when voicemail hasn't been used for a while

It's nothing to be worried about
