I just change my monthly plan, prior to this all was fine. Immediaetly after the new plan was activated I have lost my voicemail notification and also my list of voicemails. If I am left voicemail I no longer get a notification that I have a voicemail and there is no list that I can look at to see who left me voicemail, there is just a page with VOICEMAIL at the top and in the centre CALL VOICEMAIL. Does anyone know how I can get my voicemail back? Thanks.

@PaddyC

They haven't added iData to the changes on your account.

Ask customer service to add it for you.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Hey thank you MI5. I have done a few checks and that is what others were saying, so thank you for confirming this. Much appreciated.
