This might be a silly question but how do I know when I've got a voicemail?! On Vodafone my phone used to ring if someone left a message but I can't work out if this is possible on O2.

I've been playing around with the settings but all I get is the red dot for the missed call, nothing to show there's a message.

Now you're asking me technical questions! The APN is idata.o2.co.uk.

I'm sure it's something I have or haven't done, which is why I was hoping someone in store would take a look for me!
