Voicemail Problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'd been with Vodafone so long that when I switched to O2 I didn't even think about setting up my voicemail!  I've tried to do it but it's still not cutting in when someone phones me.

I've tried dialling 1750 to activate voicemail but I get 3 beeps and the call cuts out.  I tried 1760 as well and the same thing happened.  All I've managed to do so far is change my PIN on 901 and get a message telling me I have no messages!

If anyone can help I'd be really grateful - I don't get loads of messages but it's nice to have it working!

If you get an answer from 901 your vm is set up OK. 1750/1760 will not work if you have Tugo installed.

You may need to ring O2 for assistance..

O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract & 4445 for PAYG & 8002 for Business.

Or possibly use Live Chat.

901 still works with Tugo, its 1750/1760 that doesn't work....

Yes it was set up. with Tugo your vm is set to on always and cannot be turned off, but it will always work. The beeps you got was because 1750/1760 cannot change the vm setting (that's how I knew you had Tugo installed ;))
