Hi,
If my network changes to o2 de (Germany), will my voicemail greeting message change to the German language?

No it won't.

It will always be in English.

Are you sure? Only I know that the ring tone will change because Ive changed to the German network provider. My vm has been personalised but it’s the bit at the end where it says '........to re-record your message, key hash at anytime’ in the automated voice that I think will change to a German automated speaker. I have called friends abroad before and received foreign languages on their vm service. Not sure who the network provider was though.

Yes I'm sure wink

The ringtone heard by the caller will change because the call is initially handled by the foreign network. 

Once connected, the call is passed back to O2 in the UK. The call stays with O2 UK for the duration of the call.
