Voicemail From Talk Talk

Hi all,

I just got a notification saying I had a new Voicemail, so I call 901 and without going to the normal menu, it just goes into a messege apparently from Talktalk saying my account is getting cut off. It acts like a menu rather than a messege (i.e. not always the same depending on what you try and do) so I really don't how to delete it.

Anyway else had this or know how to get rid of it?

Cheers!

I guess it will expire by itself after a set time but in normal circumstances, calling yourself from another phone and leaving a message should fix the issue when you listen to and delete the new one.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sadly not , even when I left another voicemail from another number, it still went to the weird voicemail without going to the menu.

Now I've somehow been had call baring activated. Called O2 and they've apparently unbared my phone so will see what happens when I make outgoing calls again.
