Voicemail Charge

Hi all - I'm very new to O2 so I may have many questions in the near future. I have a pay monthly account.

1) if you receive a voicemail from someone, do O2 charge you for picking up/opening that voicemail

2) is it possible to search the community for questions that have been previously asked. I can't see a search bar or option.

Voicemail is included in your months all allowances when in the UK and search is at the very top of the page, although often, Google produces better search results.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @foneman, let us know if you got all the information you needed or if you have any further questions. If you still cannot see the search bar, let us know if you're using a mobile or desktop while viewing the forum? Cheers Smiley Happy
