What is 'Voice ' on the bill... I have been charged for Voice in addition to my allowance, and so am wondering what this is?! Thanks

Voicemail, it isn't included in your tariff by the sound of it.

Oh thanks, I assumed that was the case but I haven't called voicemail this month....and anyway I assumed that voicemail was included in minutes allowance...

It is for Pay Monthly, not for Pay and Go.

Calls to Uk Voicemail is free to Contract Customers unless you go over your bundle minutes and then I believe its then 35p per minute thereafter.
Unlimited minute tariffs when UK voicemail is free.
It is £0.15p per call on Payg.
