VoLTE / VoWiFi & call divert nightmare

Hi all, looking for some help as O2 CC can't seem to.

 

I recently had VoLTE and VoWiFi turned on on my account as I have a compatible handset (as defined by O2).  It is a OnePlus 5T.

 

Since VoLTE / VoWiFi went live however all my call diverts have gone and any attempt to set them back up (i.e. divert if busy or always divert) results in a Network Error message and no divert.

 

Any help welcome.

We've had this reported before and it appears the two don't work together!
2nd line support should be able to investigate for you so ask CS to escalate it or @Marjo could ask her Guru for you.

Sadly apparently O2 are closed for the day but I need this fixed tonight. 😞

Try turning off wifi calling in your MyO2 device details.

Sadly this seems to be affecting my O2 business number also which is causing even more issues - normally when I am not on-call I have to divert calls but still be able to receive texts / have on data.

 

How can O2 struggle to get two simple features working at the same time. 😞

Hi, I have on the phone itself thank you but that seemed to make no difference at all which suggests this is an O2 problem, not a handset issue.
