Hi all, looking for some help as O2 CC can't seem to.
I recently had VoLTE and VoWiFi turned on on my account as I have a compatible handset (as defined by O2). It is a OnePlus 5T.
Since VoLTE / VoWiFi went live however all my call diverts have gone and any attempt to set them back up (i.e. divert if busy or always divert) results in a Network Error message and no divert.
Any help welcome.

Sadly this seems to be affecting my O2 business number also which is causing even more issues - normally when I am not on-call I have to divert calls but still be able to receive texts / have on data.
How can O2 struggle to get two simple features working at the same time. 😞

Hi, I have on the phone itself thank you but that seemed to make no difference at all which suggests this is an O2 problem, not a handset issue.

Hi @AlignedChaos, sorry to hear about the issue you were having with this, did anything improve after you last posted or are you still experiencing the problem?
