Visual Voicemail

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to switch Visual Voicemail on for my iPhone 7s.

I did have Visual Voicemail previously but when i upgraded my tariff (and kept the same phone and same provider o2) my Visual Voicemail disappeared and now I have to call for voicemail.

Any help is much appreciate!

Yes exactly, it was there before but when you changed they didn't add it.

You have to call. Try any of the numbers I gave you Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Thanks alot, but the iData bolt must have already been active on my account as i was previously using it.
Do you know if there is a number I can text to activate it at all?

o2 wont let me call them at the moment it says its for the vulnerable only, so if you do happen to hear about a text code a can sms please do let us know.
