Hi
I changed my call plan on both mine and the wife phone yesterday both apple devices ( mine a 7+ and wife's a 6s) all was working fine without issue. after the package was changed i now no longer have visual voicemail on both devices. can anybody help me get visual voicemail back on both phones.

You need to call customer service to have idata enabled on your accounts

Thank you for replying so quick.
When you call 202. you cant get through to anyone in customer service and Chat is not working due to the lockdown. I called 02 and spoke to somone from 02 upgrade deparment and was advised they could not do anything for me and to come to the 02 Community for assistance.
I have also tried to go on to my 02 and click bolt ons but idata is not listed so i cannot add the add on back on to my account if the bolt on is not on my account.

They have made an error on your account and it isn't something we can help with sadly @sdcraigjed
Keep calling until you get through to someone who knows what they are doing

You all were right. they had removed the bolt on both my accounts when processing the package change to my accounts. I called back somone in customer service and they spoke to someone and they added a bolt on / service which advised the system both phones were apple as the system had both phones as smartphones. both phones had visual voicemail by the end of the call.
