Visual Voicemail has disappeared

My Visual Voicemail on iPhone has strangely disappeared since I updated my tariff. It now says 'Call voicemail' and all my recorded messages have disappeared.

How do I get it back?

You can turn it back on by following the steps below:

If this doesnt work, i would suggest contacting o2 on 0800 587 4005 or via live chat @ https://o2.co.uk/contactus and if an agent is available then a popup will appear 🙂

You need to call O2 and ask them to change the data bolt on to idata @Shaolin

This happens a lot when changing tariff

0800 587 4005 seems to be the best number to try first.
