Hi guys, I’m a bit confused as to where I stand with my pay monthly contract.
about 6 months ago I did the usual contract renewal haggle with virgin for my services which included unlimited everything on phone TV and broadband.
They sold me on the fact that if I split my phone away from my bundle and swapped it to O2 it would cost me the same, but have lots of benefits.
It did! And has been great, but now the handset part of my contract is finished (paid to Virgin) so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.
I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months) and Virgin dont do a handset only deal.
what do I do?

@Andystar

Sounds like you may be stuck with your old phone for the next 20 months unless selling it would cover what you owe O2 for the airtime?

Looks like you should contact the sales team and see if they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
