Virgin package error

My Virgin Broadband/SIM package says I should be getting a 10GB SIM but my O2 confirmaiton has come back saying 5GB.

The base tariff is 5gb but it gets doubled due to the volt benefits.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If it was bought from Virgin Media you should contact them on 0345 454 1111
