Hi, I've recently taken out a new Virgin media bundle which came with an O2 SIM.
VM completely messed up all my account details, name, email, and now that my number has been transferred, I cannot get in to anything.
Please help, customer services have been not very accommodating.

Thank you for your reply, however it seems to have fallen off the cliff and in to the ether. No response from O2 ☹️

Hello Sarah,
I ended up spending half an hour on the phone to someone on Tuesday who managed to get all my access sorted, but in the process it appears to have deleted all my DMs and user account.
I'm still struggling to apply any benefits to the account, namely Amazon music.
Can you assist with this please?
