Hi,
Recently signed up to Virgin VOLT and had to change to a O2 sim. Virgin took a one off £25 charge which they said was for the first month of O2 and O2 would then bill moving forward. But i've also had a bill already from O2.... Spoke to virgin but they told me to speak to O2.
Anyone had similar?
