I need help! I am trying to change my daughters monthly package, which is in my name and I pay for.  I have logged in to my O2 account and it says there are no packages available. I have tried logging in to the Virgin\O2 login (just under the O2 login) but I am told I don't have an account.  I have phoned both virgin and 02 but get no help. Virgin say speak to 02 and don't want to know.  I have called O2 several times but they think I am a scammer although I have given them my details. I have asked them to pass this on as a complaint and get no reply.  PLEASE HELP

Persist with O2, in fact why not go to an O2 Shop with photo ID for you and id for your daughter.

VM won't give a new contract, as they delegated that to their O2 arm some years back.

If the contract is still held by VM for the handset, ask them about paying it off and then go to O2 and get your daughter to pass through the mandatory credit checks for a new contract or new handset and contract, @MrAWilson.

Good luck!

Sadly we cannot held as a customer to customer Community. There is no one from O2 who will read your post.

Remember, if you do jump to another network and you are still within your minimum term you will be required to pay the balance

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thank you all for your responses, I was at a loss of where to turn. I didn't think of going into an O2 shop (I've never used a phone shop before) so this may well be a way forward where they can see me. Thanks @pgn
