Viewing old bills, getting error: DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

Hi,

I need to view my old bills to work out an upgrade path, when I click most of the links in my account I get and empty page with just the message:

DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

Please fix your site O2.

Cheers,

Vince

Hi @Anonymous

To view your bills do it via this route

A step by step guide

*View your latest bill in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

*Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see Download and print PDF bill

Obviouisly you dont have to print it but it will show you all your usage

Edited to add..... you can also look at this excellent guide by one of our members @gmarkj

Sorry to go off-topic briefly, but we may also add the Knowledge Base guides to our product mention list, so that they will work along the same lines as @mentioning a member.
