I'm trying to view my bill on line, I can log on to my account but as soon as I try to access viewing my bill information I just get a message about there being a 'technical problem processing my login details' but I can see everything else, it's just as soon as I want to see anything to do with my current bill or older bill information it won't let me. Any one else had this problem?

Hello there,
Yes I have viewed my bill previously, I'm using Safari and have tried it on Internet explorer but the same thing is happening on both. Just went on the app but is saying it can't display the page at the moment.
This is my second bill on pay monthly as I only just got a contract for the first time so I'm not completely with grips with everything just yet in case you throw any hi tech information at me.

Hello,
I would contact o2 but you can't contact them after 6 on a Sunday, really needed to see my bill now so trying to see if anyone had any advice but if not I will contact them tomorrow,
