Hi, I am just looking for some advice. I recently finished my contract with o2 and took out a new contract in carphone warehouse, through the o2 network still. Does anyone know what I should use to access my billing info (Am I still meant to use the o2 app or should Carphone warehouse have their own?) such as - how much data I have left, my monthly bill cost etc.

@Toni you should still use your MyO2 app or website http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If it was an upgrade you use the same login details but if you took a new contract, call customer services on 202 for your new login details.
