Why will the website not let me view my monthly bill after I have signed in and clicked on view bill it just goes back to the same page and shows me nothing and I would like to see why O2 is charging me more money every month....Starting to really annoy me

You will have to call customer service on 202 to have them reset your account details. Have you tried the My O2 app?

Because you are using minutes, data or making calls that are not included in your tariff.
