Your bills should go back to a maximum of 2 years assuming a continuous contract for that length of time.

I can only see my last 4 bills - I've been an O2 customer with the same number for many years and always been able to view many more than that. Any ideas? Many thanks

There is a known issue with billing that O2 are trying to fix.
