Hi, I have just taken out a monthly contract for my mobile phone (in October). O2 sent me an email saying I can view my phone bill online but when I sign in, all it does is bring my mobile number and name up - no bill! Have clicked on 'view my bill' button and the same thing happens again! Where am i going wrong? Any ideas? Thank you.

It may be that you aren't signing in with the details that O2 have set up the account with. Best to call them free on 202 and they they will sort it out for you.
