Viewing Bill older than 5 months

I can only see the last 5 months of Bills on my account but need the 6th (July 2021) for redemption cashback!

There has been a problem with the billing platform for a couple of weeks now. 5 months is an improvement. Last week it was only showing 3 months. In other words, it is a slow return to what it should be.
