Getting onto the 'My O2/View my bill' then clicking onto that link,
this comes onto 'My O2'. Could you please tell me where to go from there?
No joy from the Customer Services!

The secret to solving this problem is two-fold;
1. Ensure that the username that you are using to login is the same as the one that o2 has registered for you. This is the main reason that you can't view your bill online.
2. Ensure that o2 has linked your bill to the correct username.
It does involve a call to the helpdesk I'm afraid.
