Had a text from 02 to say I can view my bill now on-line. Have tried to view it but nothing appears? any ideas?

You should have been given a username and password to log into My O2. If you are having problems follow the forgotton password link or phone 202 from your mobile.

What is it exactly that you've done to view it? Have you logged in and gone to My O2 and clicked on View My Bill?
