Hi all my daughter was a victim of an online predator and the police have had to take her phone.  I can afford to buy her a new one.  Are there any ways to have this replaced. Is it covered under insurance ?   She is devastated by the whole situation and traumatised as it is. But needs her phone for school etc

This is one instance I am afraid that insurance doesn't cover, as it is subject to a criminal investigation.

It might be worth looking at the likes of CEX, Handtec or Reboxed and buying a refurbished phone.

- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
