Recently switched to O2 and the 4g speeds I am getting are dire both at home and work. I am lucky to get above 1mbps. It''s so bad that I do not use my phone unless I can get on wifi. Was previously with EE and their speeds were really good. Beginning to wish I'd never switched now 😞

Anyone know of a 'fix' ?

@mickyf See if either of these links help: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Do-you-have-poor-coverage-signal-Indoors-This-may-help-E...

If you were getting a good signal and you switched because you thought you would be getting a better deal, you've made a big mistake. Signal strength and coverage should always come before a better 'deal', which you don't seem to have.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Always advisable to check with a PAYG sim first.

Your only chance now is a cancellation under the change of mind policy if within 14 days @mickyf

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
