Iv recently moved from Talk Talk. The TT service was bad in my area (Chirk, North Wales) But now with O2, it's non-existent. I have checked the service checker. Am told a mast is not working. I have no problem with equipment failure. But when can we expect it to be up and running????

Hi Wave @Sailon and Welcome to O2 Community Forum...! Frustration is the name of this game with Mobile operators...smiling

Just over a week ago I have been transferred from TalkTalk, though I lived in London I never had any problems with the coverage nor the services and O2 is giving me now a deal as good as or better than the one I had with TT...

Because of the uncertainty of the mast or the coverage in your area, I would find out which operator has the best signal... then take the compensation from O2... Cancel the contract... and move with the operator who suit you best...
