Hi I’ve had v poor coverage all around for a few months now.
I’ve also had repeated calls from you. I don’t trust these calls as they are offering e a discount on my bills . Is there another way these things can be resolved please
. I may have to move provider as the reception is so poor . Do you know when this will be fixed?
thank you

A - the network isn't down
B- covered in the link I gave already.
I’m still having problems with the network.
You might be able to fix the issue yourself. Try:
If you’re having issues in different areas, try your sim in a different O2 device. If the problem stops, there’s an issue with your device. And if a different O2 sim works in your device, then there’s a problem with your sim.
If your device and sim seem to be okay, keep an eye on the My Network app. It can take up to an hour for updates to appear.
