I am using three due to their network i wants to join o2 but from last two days i am unable to talk to o2 helpline
chat all the time busy
third class attitude of customer care only sales staff pick the phone
no one pick the phone
i wants to cancel my contract both iPhone 13 pro max and sim pay monthly
i don’t wants to do again bad experience
guide me how can i cancel my both contract

Your post is a little confusing. Not sure if you are with O2 or 3?
If you have more than one contract with O2, you have to contact customer services..
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or use the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
If you want to cancel with Three you have to speak with them.
