Why has my vat gone up?

Vat doesn't ever go up, it's exactly the same rate

It's probably the annual RPI increase which happens every April on every network

The VAT is usually 20%
Some services gas, electricity. I think insurance is 5%
The government has not increased VAT
so your bill has not got more VAT applied to it
However as mentioned everyone on o2 has a retail price increase sometime in April every year.

Hi that must be it thank you, its just on my bill there was more vat than usual but that was the only change I could see 😕
