Vat charged

Anonymous
Not applicable
Im getting charged vat on a fix monthly contract. I called O2 and they didint do mothing. Just told me my bill is correct. I explain them that i have a fix plan of £15 per month and why they charged me £16.63. Same answer. So im going to upgrade and then i will have a new contract that gives me 14 days to cancel. Better use giffgaff pays and you go. At least no hidden charges

@Anonymous the fact that VAT is charged is in the t&c's. It's also quite clear, or at least should be when u take out a contract.

If you're on refresh then u can pay off your device and cancel the airtime part of the contract. You're then free to use whichever network you like.

Why are you on a business plan as I assume you don't run a business?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
