Aaarrrrggghhhhhhh  i keep turning it off and it some how turns it self back on again. I have only had this problem since i switched to O2 monthly. People can leave me all the voice mails in the world but i  amongst probably 95% of the world hate leaving a message so i don't use it. I don't have a new mobile but im forever turning the blighter off.Does anyone else have this voicemail problem or someone at home playing silly bugger's.

If you have the TuGo installed you need to turn it off in the app.

It's a Samsung S3 according to the OP's previous posts...:smileywink: So maybe @MI5 or @jonsie  could help?

There's only 3 possibilities.
1 - Tugo
2 - O2 keep resetting VM
3 - VM is being reset on the phone by the OP or by some other person.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I would hazard a guess at TuGo defaulting to ON. I sometimes have the same problem with installing it on multiple devices.
