I'VE TRIED DIALLING 1760 TO TURN OFF VOICEMAIL,THIS HASN'T WORKED. I'VE ALREADY CONTACTED O2 VIA ONLINE CHAT AND WAS ASSURED THAT IT HAD BEEN SORTED AND TURNED OFF BUT STILL NO LUCK. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Have you downloaded the TuGo app? If so, you will no longer be able to turn off Voicemail. 

However, you can still extend the amount of time that your phone rings by keying the following into your keypad... 

**61*901*11*NN# SEND (NN is the number of seconds in increments of 5 and a maximum of 30 seconds).
