I want to download my monthly invoices for my VAT return.

The form has recently changed (since my last VAT return) so I see my last (November) bill but nothing earlier. The form is identical to previously BUT the dropdown to choose the month is missing.

This needs fixing NOW!

If this is something to do with the Virgin / O2 change then someone has not planned correctly!

There is currently a known problem with that part of the billing platform. O2 are aware and looking to fix it. Try later.

Anybody know if there is a status update page for issues like this?  I need to download and supply an itemised bill from a few months back and seem unable to find anything that allows me to do this, yet i know its possible because i checked a different month
