VAT Invoice

Good afternoon 

How do I get a VAT invoice? 

When I bring up the invoice to print, it says  ‘This is not a VAT invoice’

Good question - and not easy to get O2 to turn this on in your MyO2 as a non-Business customer with a Personal Contract Phone these days - but you can try (means a call to O2 to enable Vat invoices on your MyO2 account).  All invoices from the day it is enabled on your account will be available as a normal invoice, as you describe, or as a "VAT Invoice" in the "VAT" section of your MyO2 Download and Print Bills page:
