Vat Invoice needs to be enabled in your MyO2, @Martin23 - and the setting will not be retrospective, ie bills received to date in Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? this part of your  MyO2 will remain normal "This is not a VAT Invoice" bills, so be sure to ask for O2 to regenerate those you need as VAT invoices and mail them to you - there may be a charge for this service too!
